Dear parent/guardian,
Flu vaccination date will be Thursday 4th November 2021. Letters have been sent home to all pupils in our primary school about flu vaccinations from the School Nursing Team. Please return the forms as soon as possible. We would appreciate if all forms could be returned on or before Thursday 23rd September. School Nursing Team will then collect the forms from school.
