As part of our on-going programme of literacy development and our efforts to engage children purposefully in Talking, Listening, Reading and Writing our story reading sessions will, again, be broadcast on Friday mornings. Parents and grandparents are invited to read a story on our school radio station at approximately 9.30 a.m. on Friday mornings when the shows are broadcast into each of the Foundation/Key Stage I classrooms.
Should you be interested in reading a story “on air” please complete the reply slip and return to school at your earliest convenience or inform a class teacher. We appreciate that 9.30 a.m. may not suit everyone but stories can be pre-recorded and broadcast at a later date. Your child will receive a certificate after the radio show.
