Dear parents/carers of pupils in P3, P4 and P5,
Our P3, P4 and P5 Carol Service will start at 10.30am on Thursday 16th December in Portstewart Presbyterian Church. Church doors will open at 10.15am and parents are encouraged to park in Convention carpark. Seats will be allocated in the church on a first come first served basis. Due to the number of parents attending we will be using overflow seating in the church hall. There will be a video link to the live carol service which will be shown in the Church hall and it will also be streamed live on our school Facebook page.
Households will be asked to arrive at the same time so that they can be allocated seats together with appropriate social distancing. We would request that wider family members who are in your family bubble meet outside beforehand so that you can be allocated seating together.
Parents will need to wear a face covering/mask unless they are medically exempt to comply with the Presbyterian Church guidelines. Parents or carers will be directed to their seats by a steward. Please follow the direction of the stewards and sit where you have been allocated. The church will follow a one way system to enter and exit the building. Please remain seated during the carol service.
Each family has been allocated a maximum of 2 tickets for the carol service due to social distancing requirements. All pupils in P3, P4 and P5 should wear full school uniform tomorrow.
