SCHOOL CLOSURES
1. To allow final preparations to take place for the school fair all children in P1 - P7 will be released at 2.00 p.m. on Thursday 13th June.
2. A Picnic Lunch will be held on Tuesday 25th June and will run from 11.45 a.m. – 1.00 p.m. All children will be allowed to go home at 1.00 p.m.
3. To accommodate a ‘Retirement Lunch’ to be held in school on Thursday 27th June all children will be allowed to go home at 12.00 noon on that date. Please note that school dinners will not be provided.
4. School will close for the summer holidays on Friday 28th June at 12.00 noon. Please note that breaktime snack foods and dinners will not be provided on the last day of term.
New Principal
The process to appoint my successor is still ongoing but governors are optimistic that an appointment will be made during week beginning Monday 17th June. I will write to you during that week to inform you of the governors’ decision.
