School Fun Day organised by our PTA for Wednesday 23rd June

Dear parent/carers,

Our PTA is organising a 'Fun Day' for all our pupils which will be held on Wednesday 23rd June. We plan to have a few large inflatables on the school field for class bubbles to use throughout the day. PTA members are kindly going to help us sanitise and clean the inflatables between each class bubble so that we comply with COVID regulations.

Pupils are encouraged to come to school on Wednesday 23rd June in non-uniform for our special 'Fun Day'. There will be a minimum donation of £1 for non-uniform to help pay for the 'Fun Day', which can be paid via ParentPay or brought into school in a sealed envelope. We would encourage all of our pupils to wear socks or bring a pair of socks with them to allow them to take part in the inflatables and bouncy castle activities.

We also plan to have a movie and popcorn session for each class bubble and some fun party games organised.

Our school canteen is also putting on a special party day menu on Wednesday 23rd June which will consist of:

  • Hotdog, chips, red sauce followed by a tub of ice-cream, carton of juice

Free school meals pupils do not need to pay for the special party lunch and it can be booked in the normal way using ParentPay. Any pupil who wishes to pay for a special party lunch on Wednesday 23rd June can book via ParentPay or bring in the money in a sealed envelope. The cost of the special party lunch is £2.60 for primary pupils and £2.50 for nursery pupils.

We hope that our pupils will really enjoy the 'Fun Day' after such an exceptional year!

Yours sincerely,

Mrs K Taylor
