World Book Day will be celebrated on Thursday 7th March and to mark the occasion children (and staff) are encouraged to:
EITHER
- dress up as a character from a novel, a fairy tale or a favourite story.
OR
- bring to school an item such as a toy bear, figure, bag etc which represents a character from a book or story.
The school kitchen will provide a “book-themed lunch” for World Book Day (see reverse for menu) costing £2.60 per pupil.
School uniform is not required on World Book Day.
