This week our school was delighted to welcome Paula McIntyre who came to visit our school Polytunnel. Paula met with some of our pupils who had been in school over lockdown. She took away some of our tomatoes and is going to make some delicious chutneys in aid of charity.
Paula McIntyre is one of Northern Ireland's leading chefs. She has appeared many times on TV and as a chef on the Balmoral Show. She also had her own TV series on BBC2.
Paula is a regular contributor to Radio Ulster, works for a range of well known food companies and she currently writes a weekly column in the Farming Life. Paula is currently involved in the Swell project in Portrush.
