Flu vaccination date will be Monday 9th November.
Letters will be sent home today to all pupils in our primary school about flu vaccinations from the School Nursing Team.
Please return the forms as soon as possible. We would appreciate if all forms could be returned on or before Wednesday 30th September. School Nursing Team will then collect the forms from school.
