Dear parent/guardian,
Letters from the School Nusring Team have been sent home to every child in our primary school. We would appreciate if all forms could be returned on or before Tuesday 27th September. School Nursing Team will then collect the forms from school.
School Nursing will be offering flu vaccinations on Thursday 10th November 2022 to primary pupils. Only pupils with consent from parents/carers will receive a flu vaccination. The date for flu vaccinations is set by the Northern Health and Social Care Trust School Nursing Team not by our school.
