Congratulations to our Swimming Team who had great success at the recent Inter Schools' Swimming Gala in Coleraine Leisure Centre.
Our Under 11 swimmers made several individual and relay finals, bringing home 11 medals and second place in the boys' Under 11 Schools' Championship. Our Under 12 Team gained valuable gala experience in both individual and relay events.
Special mention to one of our P6 boys who swam brilliantly to become Under 11 Champion winning an array of medals. His achievements include:
Gold - Backstroke and Freestyle
Silver - Boys' Freestyle relay, Boys' Medley Relay and Mixed Medley Relay
Bronze - Open Butterfly
Other medals won included:
Gold - Under 11 Girls' Breaststroke
Silver - Under 11 Girls' Backstroke, Under 11 Girls' Freestyle, Under 11 Boys' Backstroke, Under 11 Boys' Breaststroke
Relays - silver in Boys' Freestyle relay, Boys' Medley Relay and Mixed Medley Relay
