Ms Murray travelled to Bekoji in Ethiopia with a team from Stand By Me in April. During her time there she was priveleged to meet Birtukan, our sponsor child, and her family. Birtukan and her family live in a mud hut with another family- 10 child and 3 adults in total! Birtukan's mum wanted all the children and staff at Portstewart Primary to know how thankful she is for Birtukan's sponsorship and for the investment in her future. Birtukan loved her gift of a Portstewart Primary uniform and wore it with pride! Birtukan sent a big hello to all at P.P.S!
